Slightly Blurry Base Coat is a smoothing, slightly blurring base coat with gentle botanicals that support nail health and restore strength. It can also help smooth any ridges in the nail.
As the owner of Opal Theory, I've been personally using this base coat for all my manicures for the past couple months. I notice I have less chipping than if I use no base coat at all.
